Twine like object found in meal

On the 16th April 15, I purchased a take away meal from Bukhara grand west casino. The meal in general was mediocre and not to the high standard usually presented by Bukhara. However it was the twine/string like object found in my meal which absolutely horrified me.<br> On the 17th April 15, I email ***le Turner the restaurant manager informing her of the above incident as I was certain this was unsafe. She responded on the 20th April 15, requesting I bring in the object. and offering to replace my meal.<br> I informed that i discarded of the object with my meal, however did provide her with a very clear photograph.<br> I received no further reply from ***le and when sending her a follow up email, she advised me that as per her original reply, i could come in for a replacement meal, and that there is no proof that the object was actually found in the meal!!!<br> I am disgusted that management staff can handle a situation in such a manner, and question a clients integrity. Who the hell has time to inform an establishment of an incident that is untrue.<br> ***le Turner represents the Bukhara establishment and her manner indicates that clients as disposable.<br> I will be taking my business else where.
