Extremely Rude

We are regular clients who does take outs atleast twice per week. So we called in on Christmas morning and was told they don't do phone orders but we can call in at 14h00 and place our order and we will have the food by 14h20. We then decided that because we love the food we will have a late lunch by 14h30. Instead of calling we sent our driver to personally place the order arriving at 14h00 sharp. The driver was then told that they can start at 14h45. When we called back she shouted at me on the phone saying I'm doing you a favour? Really a restaurant doing you a favour by selling you food? Who do they think they are? Food order of R1700 and they doing me a favour. The general manager could not give us a email address to complain to. How convenient.
