Bukhara restaurant poor management

<p> I made a reservation for 2 pm which I confirmed. When I got to Bukhara Restaurant in sandton at 1: 55pm there was a Que of 8 families in front of us of which 4 family's left to have lunch at other restaurants by 2: 30pm.</p> <p>I waited till 3pm to be seated.</p> <p>The menu was only brought to me by 3:05pm and my order was taken by 3:12pm.</p> <p>It was clear the management had poor planing and communication s****s.</p> <p>The manager in charge was extremely rude and screamed at us he refused to give us his name or any other details </p> <p>It is clear that we were double booked.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
