TOTAL LACK OF MANAGEMENT INVOLVEMENT & POOR SERVICE!!!!

Please do NOT waste your money at this Venue!!! Their lack of communication, their poor organisational s****s and non-existent friendly service, is appalling. Halfway through my booking, their prices suddenly increased, despite my deposit being paid. I was put in communication with about 4 different staff members, which eventually led to a poor running of my event. Not only was I insulted, but I was blamed for their utterly poor service and lack of respect. It is so unbelievable how I am still waiting for a reply and correspondence regarding my refund of my venue deposit. I only get told how they're prepared to take wages and commission from their waiters in order to refund my service fee! Surely that is *******????? Also, dead bugs, dirty tables and definitely zero hands-on service, is something they ought to address with the utmost concern?? I was absolutely gob-smacked when I was told by the manager that she forwarded my email complaint to the owner. Then, I get an email from the food & beverage manager??? I am YET to receive a response about my refund. PLEASE DO NOT SERVE PREGNANT LADIES POR****!!!!!! By the way, I am still waiting for any form of response!!!!! Go elsewhere with your plans people. Trust me.
