Non-existent customer service

Sadly, i have again had an awful experience at Buitengeluk.

The first, being my wife's baby shower which was exceptionally poorly organised and arranged by Buitengeluk staff - well actually they didn't really do anything save for their poor attitude which certainly didn't help at the time, has (now) been followed (not too sure why i thought to try again) by yet another abysmal failing in client service.

Arriving 10 minutes before our reservation for lunch, we were told our table had been given away (no real reason was provided) and this after spending those 10 minutes trying to locate someone to assist and even receive us. I declined their offering of a table in direct sunlight and wrought iron chairs and went to elsewhere.

This is definitely the last time I go and caution anyone who even thinks of going.
