Buitengeluk- VERY VERY BAD!!!!!

The entire experience was a let down. Britney is not helpful at all and you get limited communication. We chose the afternoon slot and were told to set up an hour before which was fine, our even was 2-5pm we were doing well apart from VERY SLOW service - sparce actually!! We had no s****s to even make tea/coffee nor knives or plates for the cakes - drink orders were slow and took forever. We were then rudely told that the last round for drinks was 16:00 ... we hurried to order some champagne at least to toast and cut the cake but were rudely told by staff "no we have 15 minutes and must be packed up and out by 5pm, not a minute later" My guests were mortified it was the MOST embarrassing experience I have ever endured, this was my baby shower , I have had a preterm baby and its been a very stressful time and we had to be treated so poorly from this venue. It was a disgrace and I DO NOT recommend that people have any function here, all they want is to cash in at your expense and deliver poor service and also cut your time short. PLEASE AVOID THIS VENUE AT ALL COSTS!!!!
