Unprofessional Company....if theiy even exist???

I really don't think its a legit company. If this guy praises his customers and shows me on whatsapp how happy his clients are with is work, WHY am I still so unhappy. All i want is my refund. I have not received my goods that I have ordered in November 2020, made full payment and I have excuses on excuses that I will receive my refund. If he really says what he is and feels his customers are so important, why not refund my money out of our own pocket and then you can try and get the money from the so called "supplier" that did me wrong. I mean, i paid YOU not your supplier so cleary you've spend my money already. So be man and pay up. I myself are a business women, and if a client doesnot get services from myside, I refund them immediately not 4 months still waiting and begging for their money back, and then also this no communication. this is so unprofessional.
