MAKING MY BUSINESS NOT MOVE FORWARD THANKS TO BMCSA/XBMSA

I would not recomend this company. Sales person Martin Steenbergen. I have placed an order for flyers on the 15th of December 2020 knowing that its end of the year but then I would have my flyers in the new year. On my inv it stated estimated Delivery 13 Jan 2021. Made payment on 17th of Dec 2020 and left it for the new year. Just did a courtesy follow up two days after the estimated del date to see how far my flyers are. Then the excuses started. Printing divistion informed him they are behind due to the festive season, and they've marked it as High priority. Did a follow up again on the 19th of Jan - went to the cutting station. By now I should have had it. Nope, contacted him again on the 26th of Jan, he said he will check what's happening. Came back saying it was dispatched on the 20th but he will send me a tracing number. 27th of Jan I check in with him again. No answer from him. Contacted him again on the 28th of Jan asking for tracking details. His reply was that it left on the 20th but looks like my consignment went missing. They are busy with my reprints. So now we on the 4th of February already, no sign of my flyers and no customer service or anything from his side, I had to do all the follow ups. So now the estimated date is the 9th of Feb. Still no flyers. Made a call to Martin and he said it will be couriered out and he will personally contact me once the flyers are picked up the courier then I can go an collect it by the hub if I really need it so desperately. I eventually went onto their website to see if I could get them to give me a tracking number and all I got was that shipment got lost new order was made estimated dated to be 15 Feb. TODAY'S DATE 16 Feb 2021. I just want my flyers. Why all these lies. I have paid for it last year already. How can your logo say MAKING YOUR BUSINESS MOVE FORWARD ? I wish I could move my business forward by advertising with flyers, but without flyers I cannot advertise my business. Very disappointed - poor service - Will not recommend them at all.
