Expensive Accommodation = Horrible Experience

On the first of May 2015, we attended a wedding at Buisfontein Safari Lodge located near Wolmaranstad. Bookings were made for accommodation, priced at R880 per night. With reference to their luxurious website, accommodation was at least expected to adhere to the basic hospitality standards. Upon arrival, room 24 had no working lights, a broken shower head was left on the basin and a single bath towel was provided (even though accommodation allows for two persons per room). Due to the broken shower head, showering required standing against the wall to get a few drops of water and left the entire bathroom under water. Room 26 had no hot water and a TV with an \out of order"paper stuck to it. Room 27 also had no hot water"
