Never use the following company to do any renovations Builtworx Construction

I got them to give me a quote to do renovations in my house I would supply all material except for sealing boards for 3 rooms. This what I wanted them to do. 1. 5 rooms break out tiles and replace 2. break out tiles in one bathroom floor and walls and replace 3. install 2 new sinks in each bathroom basically old one out new one in 3 break out shower and replace with a new one and replace taps in shower and bath 4. Install new ceilings in my bedroom dressing room and bathroom PROBLEMS 1 The tiles I purchased for the floors had lines on the back which indicated that they must all be laid the same direction which was not done we showed them on the box how it must be done and the answer I got - I am talking ******* and he knows what he is doing I complained to the owner nothing done therefore tiles have big gaps and small gaps if you done follow the lines they are different sizes, the tile glue was not placed over the full tile only in corners once again I complained and was told stick my nose out there fore I have a lot of hollow tiles which will eventually break, all at different levels due to not using a level 2. Bathroom wall tiles were not laid how I wanted them done once again was told not the right way to lay them, the holes cut round the taps was so big the covers did not cover holes, tiles had to be broken out again and replaced my expense New shower was put in not square but could not fix as they had already bolted it to the wall, first time water was turned on water in the shower water came running out of the wall pipes not tightened, one new tape in show and one in bath I had to replace as they had damaged them. 4. Old ceiling were not removed as I was told there is too much dust so branding was nailed on top of existing ceilings then new boards were put on top of that in other words air vents are half closed This took them 7 weeks to do the complete job the bathroom taking off wall tiles and breaking up floor tiles and relaying took 4 weeks the bath room is not big should have taken maximum 3 days I was told my the owner that I complain too much but if you read the problems I had I think I had every right to complain when I was given the quote I asked whether his workers are just left to carry on or was there a supervisor also there I was told there is 3 people in the business and one will always be there absolute ******* in the 7 weeks they were busy there was maybe someone there 3 or 4 times and I have a good idea he had too many jobs was running at the same time It cost me more money to get some one in to come and fix all the plumbing problems they had caused and to replace the two taps they damaged
