Very bad customer service

I bought my material at built it on 21/05/2020 i was advised that I’ll get my delivery on Saturday 23/05/2020. I waited for the bricks nothing came on Monday the 25/05/2020 I called to enquire and even drove to built it they said I will be contacted someone called and said I will get my delivery on Wednesday the 27/05/2020 nothing still. I called just before 5pm and I got another apology Ming you I’m using airtime to call built it I’m paying my men to be on site without work because built it is *********** on Thursday morning after a week I get half the bricks I bought they said they will deliver the remaining later during the day I waited that day still my remaining bricks did not come, I called built it they said they will come on Friday again on Friday nothing it’s Saturday today I called again and they during the day today nothing still as it is Saturday and after 4 and no one picks calls which means nothing still. Customers to this built are nothing poor customer service. After spending a whole R27 000.00 this is the service I get and they tell u no refunds so they can’t give me my money to go buy else where.
