Failure to provide service

On 13 December 2024, I purchased a batch of building materials, including 4,300 clay stock bricks and 1,700 maxi bricks. I missed a call soon after leaving the store, on 14 December 2024, Sylvia from the store informed me about an error in the quantity of bricks sold to me. They needed me to visit the store to adjust the quantities, as they wouldn't deliver without the correction.

I visited the store that afternoon and topped up the clay stock to 4,500 bricks and maxi bricks to 1,750. The clay stock was delivered on 16 December 2024 as nine complete pallets of 4,500 bricks. However, I had to complain before the maxi bricks were delivered. On 24 December 2024, I spoke to a manager named Husky, who confirmed that the maxi bricks would be delivered on 27 December 2024. Husky also promised a discount on my next purchase due to the inconvenience.

The maxi bricks were delivered on 27 December 2024, but one pallet was short by 50 bricks, totaling 1,700 maxi bricks. On 28 December 2024, I went to the store with the delivery note and spoke to Husky about the promised discount. I asked to credit the cost of the 50 missing bricks towards my purchase that day. However, Husky said he couldn't do that since the Builders bricks section was closed. He then accused me of wanting free stuff when I requested a discount.

Despite the insult, I proceeded with my purchase and requested that the 50 bricks be included with the delivery. The material was delivered on 30 December 2024, but the 50 bricks were still missing. After multiple visits to the store and submitting an affidavit on 22 January 2024, the bricks have still not been delivered. I feel ****med by BuildIt, as I paid for 1,750 bricks but only received 1,700.
