Built In Disaster

We purchased cupboards from Built in Concepts in Durban and while in the showroom with the saleswoman discussed that the cupboards would be delivered fully assembled. When we went to pay for the balance we were advised this was not the case, and cupboards would arrive flat packed as had been noted on the quote. We tried to explain that while we understood it was on the quote, since the quote had been printed in the showroom while in discussion with the sales lady that we would receive fully assembled cupboards we had signed the quote as such. They did advise they could send someone to assemble and install - at an extra R4000.00 cost to us! When the cupboards were delivered, half were assembled and the balance was left in a pile with no indication as to which pieces belonged to which cupboard. An email has been sent to Built in Concepts noting all the above without any response. Very disappointed with such bad end service and attitude from staff when querying the flat packaging. Will not use or recommend again.
