Buildrite after sales service is the worst

I bought and aluminum door from Buildrite at Ngwelezane Road, Empangeni which was manufactured by B & B Aluminum with sidelight. The door was found as being defective which was confirmed by the Buildrite staff that came out to check the door.

One month later the door is not rectified and B & B Aluminum representative keeps on saying that they will come sort it out tomorrow. Thus tomorrow has not yet arrived and Buildrite seems to have divorced themselves from this issue citing that their supplier said they will sort the issue out directly with me which still not had happened almost a month since my complaint.
