Terrible Customer Satisfactory

<p>I bought a Matty Garage door at Buildmat Welkom and on installation I found 5 x dents on the door and 1 x scratch where the paint is completly off. Went back to Buildmat the next day and they requested for me to send and e-mail with photos attached, which I did. 1 Week later I contacted Buildmat for an update, but received an e-mail from Buildmat saying there is no update. I have sent an e-mail again a week later to Buildmat for an update, but haven't received any response. I contacted the manufacturers Robmeg Steel but they informed me to contact Buildmat regarding this matter as they would wave more details. I again contacted Buildmat, but they said they would contact me back. It has been more than 2 weeks with no feedback received if the door will be resplaced or not. I have informed both companies that my garage door cannot lock due to the fact that I didn't want to make any alterations on the Matty Garage door before I receive a answer on the outcome. </p>
