Bad servise at Buildmat Welkom

i bought a stove today at a very high price and i wanted to return it so that i can buy a more cheaper one i saw at another dealer. According to CPA i am well within my rights to return the product that does not satisfy me. However the service i got from Buildmat Welkom is the worst i have ever experienced from any company i have dealt with before.
