Buildmart Projects PTY Ltd - Beware of them

They Contacted me to do designs for Kitchens and Bedrooms for 18 Units in a development, asked me to send my invoice for payment, When time came for them to pay they did not! Tried contacting them on several occasions to no avail. Eventually got hold of them and was told that they will process payment along with the rest of their workers whom get paid fortnightly, No payment made. Sent Whatsapp messages, left Messages on their facebook page, messenger and email, no response or answers from them, Phoned from a different number and spoke to Nigel, asked for their adress so I can go and see them and discuss the matter, he refused and when i asked who the owner of the company is he said Franscois, would not give me a last name or phone number, when i insisted that he give me the information he disconnected the call, sent him a Whatsapp and got a response back that he is in traffic and will get back to me, but never did. The next day I got an email from Fransiour, and was informed that they would only pay me if and when their client has approved the drawings, and they expect an answer in about 3 weeks. I rep**** saying that it is unacceptable and that I had payment due dates on my invoices and that they did not contest or dispute the dates. I was also kind enough to give a discount on the work done but since they did not pay at the due date the discount is null and void and that payment is due immediately. To date still not once have they called me to discuss the matter and provide a resolution, and also have not responded to my emails or messages. I had a friend phone to enquire as to where they are located but they refused to provide an address and insisted on meeting at his home. The website they provide on there Messenger profile links to a website that seems to be a dummy page as not one of the shortcuts work and there is no address or contact details on the page, even the logos are not the same. seem to be a company intent on using people and not compensating them for work done, basicly *****ing your time and effort and empty promises are being made. In my personal opinion the are *****sters. I will be taking the matter further as the have not taken my letter of intent to heart. Chose to blatantly ignore me. Hoping I would leave it. I have reported the matter to the BIBC, but have not received a response, and will be passing it on to the National Consumer Commission, if they are unable to assist then the NHBRC and SAPS.
