Only in favour of employers
Definitely not i favour of employees. Really just a waste of time to go to them seeking mutual interests and not just that of the employer. Where a non compliant company gets the power and the employee isade to feel like a ******** with no right.. Terrible experience caused me to loose alot even my human dignity just because i suffer with a mental illness. I was not even given a chance to explain my case. Commissioner immediately at the start of conciliation made it very clear that she is in favour of the employee which i immediately knew it ends at conciliation as she will be the arbitrator as well which means i would rather leave the complaint as is rather then waste my time going to arbitration.

11 Aug 2019, 17:15I wrote my complaint to the CCMA as per your reply above and they send it back to you 6 days ago and since have noy received any feedback from you. If they were accredited by the CCMA as you claim, why did they send the complaint back to you? And why have i not received any reply? The whole process of the con/arb was procedurally unfair as was my dismissal. I'm not interested in any compensation but rather that you do something about the ******* system and that employees get bul**** by their employers and have major consequences on the employees mental state and the employer is allowed to get away with it and just continue abusing employees as you allow it.
