Lies regarding monthly payout

Supposed to get my pension payout every month, I called them on the 16th March and was told that they did the payout on the 14th March today is the 2nd April and still nothing in my account. I also have things that I need to pay. I think the people who work here pocket peoples money. it is almost a month later.... am I getting a double payout this month? when will I get my money?
