We are very disappointed with your service. I know someone who has fully paid off their invoices and your company has acknowledged the receival of the payments by signing off some agreement documents. In this , you stipulated that , upon delivery of the material, your crew will accompany the delivery in order to start with the work. Up to today, you have not yet arrived at their house to finish off the work .What makes this very unprofessional is that, you not even taking their calls for any updates
