|Requesting Deposit money and not completing the work

Evan Aarons the owner invoiced a client for the replacement of a garage door and motor in June he was paid and he has not even started to job. we have requested the return of the money and he promised to return all of the money however this has not been done . we requested a second contractor to do the job and he was half the price of Evan Aarons The Building Broker. he did a second garage door for a client and did not replace the parts that he said should be replaced, I have subsequently requested that they be replaced which was done only after the garage door collapsed and the tenant could not get access to the garage . this is a very ***** individual and I would suggest that people be very careful if working with the Company 'The Building Brokers'
