A WASTE

I am currently undertaking renovations on my apartment, and contacted a number of contractors to quote me on the work required. Ronald came out and spent an hour asking what was needed by me. He took all the necessary measurements and said that he would provide me with a quote shortly thereafter. I waited approximately 2 weeks and did receive a quote. I thereafter contacted him to make amendments to the quote, as I was using his services as well as those of another contractor. The following week Ronald came out to do a final consult. Upon him sending he revised quote, I asked that he please lay it out in a specific manne, so that it would be easy for me to make a comparison. He said that he would and for the next couple days gave me the run-around. I tried contacting hem after that and he failed to reply. I still have not received it. He just wasted my time and if he did not want the job, should have said so.
