Zero customer service in builders warehouse Cent

We needed a panel for a submersible water pump, we live on a farm outside of Kempton. We thought it be good to call builders warehouse in Centurion first, asking them whether or not they would have what we are looking for. <br> Since it all happened around 16:00 the afternoon and we didn't want to drive all the way for nothing. <br> So we called the number and reached their call center, we explained to them clearly what we needed and they ensured us that they have it. <br> When we got to builders warehouse we walked in the first person we asked barely awake he couldn't answer us and referred to another consultant. <br> Two hours, 6 consultants and a department manager later! No one could help us, no one knew anything about any call, they kept referring us to yet the next. <br> Absolutely zero customer service no communication channels between the employees whatsoever. <br>
