Zero customer service

About 6 weeks ago I went to Builders Trade Depot in Paarl to order eight NUTEC boards. Two plain and six tongue and groove. They had to be 3.6m long, and they had to be delivered to my home. I offered to pay in advance, but because there was no stock available they could not give me any prices. It was a Friday when I went there first , and it seems that the manufacturer, Everite, did not answer the phone anymore. I was promised to get me prices beginning next week. I went there again on Tuesday the following week. I now was attended by a different person. This person promised me to order the board sizes that I needed and when they have arrived I can come and pay and then the will be delivered. I have phoned, and went to Trade Depot and spoke to the sales man again. Every time I was told it will be delivered next Tuesday. I was left under the impression that Everite is the one who does not deliver, and they left BuildersTrade Depot down. Today, after I phoned the sales person again, and again I got the same excuse, I contacted Everite if they have the NUTEC boards I need on stock, and if they can deliver them to me, I was informed that the boards are available and that Everite does not deliver at all. For six weeks Builders Trade Depot in Paarl did not tell me the truth and tried to blame Everite for their shortcoming.
