Zero customer experience

I have to say asking qoute has never been so difficult as with Builders warehouse Heidedal. No floor service, staff with bad attitude, the list can go on.

My main concerce is how you think you can ignore the possible payer and speaking to the person that is only accompaning me, the person that is shopping. This M Mokoena with his stupid question and unable to read a drawing his me attitude than thinks he can outsmart me by ignoring me I left the building later to receive a quote of a list of thing that I must, after he was requested for 3 separate qoutes for 3 different rooms,

In think it time you sent all your staff for training as he is not the only one.

Maint you this was my last visit to your branches, the problem is, you think a people shop via price. I will pay more if it means I will get service
