Your service sucks!!!

I bought an air conditioner and installation at builders Kwa Thems 2 weeks ago I am still waiting for their installers to come and still not here even today, no one bothers to check whether they came or not, I keep calling their call center who are of no assistance i probably spoke to 5 different agents whom could not even retrieve my order in their system one of them actually suggested I should look for installers myself on their website who can come assist me. All I want now is to get my money back and take it to a business that values it like Merlin Lerroy
