Your Builders Card is useless!!

I am busy renovating my flat and like to buy my materials from Builders Warehouse in Uitenhage. I do have a loyalty card and use it every time I buy something, thinking that I might get a discount. However, today I asked the cashier for the balance on my card, and it was R0.00. So the Builders card is just a gimmick to lure buyers!! What a ****!!!
