You should be ashamed Builders warehouse

My colleague was browsing Builders and she found these beautiful chandeliers for a good price.

I was so impressed I decided I would like to order 2 as well and my colleague's Mom decided to order one too.

This would have been great business for Builders warehouse however they listed the item with the wrong picture.

My colleague has called Builders warehouse repeatedly and eventually she got a hold of the Operations Manager who said as a "gesture of good faith" he will give us one at that price.

That is ******* we are all very upset that The Builders team cannot take responsibility their mistakes and rectify them accordingly. The "chandelier" has since subsequently been removed from their website.

Gosh Builders, considering we saved you money on further claims it would have been nice for you to honor the price you listed the item for!

You should be ashamed!

P.S. We will be laying a complaint with the NCC for this disgusting behavior.
