You pay and do not receive your items.

I placed an order 21 October. Some items were not delivered. After over 20 calls and emails, I have gotten nothing but, we will give you feedback. Chris in Bloemfontein dispatch claims it was delivered, my eyes and my contractors confirm that the items were not delivered. I am currently on hold for 20 minutes and I keep hearing the same ineffective nonsense. I will not be buying from them anytime soon. Ok, update. Warehouse claims items were delivered and there is nothing they can do. R700 free for builders.
