Wrongful debit from my FNB account

On the 23 October 2020 I bought building material from Builders warehouse Faerie glen and used my FNB card to pay, after my purchase, Builders warehouse debited R 10 255.00 from my FNB card on the 26 October 2020 from my account without my knowledge and without me buying anything.

I have reported this matter to builders warehouse on the 28 November 2020 and up to today Builders warehouse has been refusing to return the money into my account even after their acknowledging that they have debited my account without my knowledge or authority.

This has caused a serous inconvenience to me since my FNB account became overdrawn with this amount ( R 10 255.00) since the 26 October 2020, even to date ( the 19 November 2020) with the acknowledgement of this wrongful debit, Builders warehouse faerie glen has not returned the money into my bank account. I could not honor my debit orders because of this situation which also affected among others,my cellphone contract and insurances debits. I also uncured bank charges for my overdrawn account and debits which were not honored.

Even after explaining all these to Builders warehouse Faerie glen, I did not get any assistance, my FNB account still remains overdrawn with this amount which was confirmed to kept in Builders warehouses bank account.
