Wrong products sold and distractes by their upselling

I went to Strubensvalley as Florida told me they are the only branch that sells cultera succulant potting soil. I went there and was told to order by the tills. I was the only person in line at the tills and I had to walk till to till asking for assistance as they were all to busy talking and having fun (you can check your cctv footage.

When I was assisted I asked for cultera succulant mix she tried selling me airtime and I dont even know what else and promoting the qr code scanning etc. When I got outside she sold me garden master soil which is not only a lot more expensive, but not what I asked for. Outside they also struggled to find this spesific mix and did not know where it is stored. Highly irritated.
