Wrong pricing

<p>I bought 7 different items at Builders Trade Depot, 22 Industria Str, Polokwane on 16/3/2017, of which 3 were priced incorrectly at the till.</p> <p>All 3 items scanned more expensive than the price on the tag in the store.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is unacceptable! This is not the first time that I’ve bought at this store, and now I wonder how much have I paid more than I was supposed to??</p> <p> </p> <p>I had to spend almost an hour more in the store just to get the price as advertised in the isles.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I asked the manager her name as I would like to report this matter she refused to give it to me.</p> <p>I later saw her name, Grace Mogale, on her nametag.</p> <p> </p> <p>The consumer is misled in the store, and then charged more at the till.</p> <p>How can you explain that happening in 3 out of 7 items??</p> <p> </p> <p>I have mailed their customer services twice but have received no feedback.</p> <p> </p>
