Wrong prices & Arrogancy

On Tuesday the 1st of September i visited the store at Walmer and I wanted to buy a lamp ,wall paper and a washing line .All those ilse didn't have anyone to assist, i then took this washing line that i saw that it was on special for R200 R200 unfortunately when I got to the till it scanned R600 and a cashier suggested a guy name Jacques who was at the information and i went to him and share my story and he said due to national regulations they are short stuffed and the price couldn't be changed and they have a right of 24hours to change labels so it's not his fault that I got there and found the old price hanging but he won't give me with the price i found it. He was very rude and unprofessional they can check their surveillance they will see him dressing me in the passage .
