Wrong delivery

We bought wood and requested to cut it to your specifications, we were advised to fetch them today and we we called to come fetch them but to our surprise our delivery guy was given uncut wood and told that they do not manufacture wood. When we call them they say the wood is there and already cut but they can’t advise why our delivery guy was given incorrect order. When we call them at Zambezi we are taken from pillar to post no one wants to take responsibility. It either they refund us or make sure they deliver the correct order and take theirs
