Worst store in the world

If there is any other option I would strongly advise you to choose that option. I ordered an item online as they could not find the product in store. They charged me twice online for the product.

They cannot refund me for a few days now and are struggling to even credit my account while not contesting that they are at fault.

I cannot pickup the item despite it being ready for collection as they still cannot find the stock. The system says they have 11 in stock but they cannot find it in the store. No one can even the manager.
