Worst stock systems I have ever seen.

Your stock systems are probably the worst I have ever come across in my life.

One can look at ordering something at a branch, and the system shows stock, will allow adding it to cart and checkout.payment.

Get to the store to collect, nothing in stock. Or look at stock listed for a branch, arrive there to buy, nothing in stock.

Even the poor people working the counter, who have to now face the client, can only apologise in embarrassment, while it is not in their control.

If this was an isolated incident it could be overlooked, but the odd occasion that listed stock and stock is somewhat aligned is the isolated incidents.

These days there are really no excuses a business can have for this, they clearly just could not care less.
