Worst shopping experience ever

I went to your Tokai branch on Sunday and had the WORST shopping experience. I was looking for grease to stop my fireplace chimney ***l squeaking. Went to the patio department - nobody around. Eventually flag down a very disinterested staff member who tells me to go to the building department. Building department tells me to go to the paint department. Paint department tells me to go to the automotive department. Lost my sense of humour and phoned my dad (in Joburg) who was more helpful than ALL of your staff. Then I go to find a new hosepipe. The one I want is on the top shelf. No staff around to help. Found a ladder and climbed it myself to get the hosepipe. did I mention I'm 4.5 months pregnant and probably shouldn't be climbing ladders? Then to top it all off I am trying to lug my hosepipe and bag of other goods to my car, pregnant as I am, and the parking attendant just stands there and watches me. And then continues to stand there and do nothing as I try and pull out of my parking space and almost get hit by an oncoming car that said parking guard didn't feel the need to tell me about. I will honestly do my very best to avoid shopping here ever again in the future!
