Worst service! Staff have no care!

I went to Builders in Alberton city on Saturday to buy plants. The garden section there is no one to assist customers, I realised that and asked one of the staff that walked by the garden section if she could get someone to help and she did however the rude gentlemen never assisted instead he kept walking around when I tried to approach him, he kept saying I am busy will attend to you later. Well, I was on a ticking clock, so I needed to wind up and be on my way. I ended taking whatever I wanted without getting proper guidance. When I walked inside the shop, I could see the gentleman just walking and talking to his fellow colleagues. And all staff there just walk around and never help customers.
