Worst Service , Manager chasing customers away

I walked into the branch on the 7th Feb around 2pm and asked to have glass cut, i explained to the gent that i need it cut today and had alot of pieces to cut, he told me to get the quote done and pay .. after waiting almost 30minutes i went back to the counter to have my glass cut i was advised that they only have 1 cutter and they will only have my glass ready the next day.. after wasting so much time i asked for a refund as they did not inform me they cannot not cut it in time .. i visited this store about a year ago because i had previous issues as they also did not want to cut my wood and said they will call me once it was ready .. What so disturbing it that i explained this to the Manager Van Kruger and he simply said \ you rather not buy from this store \" He was practically chasing me away .. I always get great service from the Gezina Branch but this is the worst builders in terms of service. "
