Worst service!!!! If I could I woild rate this -10

The worst customer service ever. I went to the N1 city branch on 23 November 2021, paid for the paints and have it ready for collection on 25 November 2021.

I have called and driven to the store to find out where the paint is and no-one can give me an update. The manager of the store refuses to come and talk to me regarding where the paint is. I called them again at 3:30pm asking where the paint and they confirmed that it will be delivered at my residence in the next 30 min. It is now 2 hours later and still no phone, no paint and now they are not answering their telephone.
