Worst service ever from Builders Express Bedfordview

I went to the newly opened Builders Express in Bedfordview. On 29 November I purchased two standard DIY cupboards for R6330. Due to a daily payment limit on my debit card, I elected to pay EFT. Using my Capitec phone banking App I made the payment in front of the lady at the Info counter. I put the reference number as instructed and emailed POP to the lady's email address as requested. I left the store believing my cupboards will be delivered in a week's time. When I phoned the store I was told that no POP had been received and that I had to supply POP in order to get my purchases delivered. I asked how I can supply POP when I was using a phone banking APP and POP was emailed directly to the store from the APP? The lady informed me that the email of POP was not received and HQ will not allow delivery without POP. How do you retrieve POP when using a phone banking App? I went into my banking profile and was able to take a snip of the transaction. This proves that I made payment via the App and that I did email POP. When I sent this to the store they said they will try to get HQ to release the money to the store and when this is done they will deliver my cupboards. I paid over a week ago and I still have not received the goods I paid for. Instead I have been treated like a ***** and ********. Then I sent an email to HQ and got no response. Then I tried phoning Massbuild HQ and after holding for 3 minutes the call cut off. This is the worst service I have ever got in my life. I will never set foot in another Builders store again. Please beware when paying EFT via your phone banking App at Builders. I have paid via EFT at Mica, Build it and Ital Tile with no problem at all.
