Worst service ever experienced

I must say the service at builders Superstore in Evaton was terrible, that is if I can still call it service since I never got any. I got at the store at round 17:10, looking to buy a drop-in zinc and a joining strip. Not really knowing what a "joining strip" looks like and the drop-in zinc having no price tag to it, I needed assistance and NO ONE was on the floor. Eventually about 15 min later a guy past by... greeted him and he responded with no eye contact and went straight to the back as I tried to ask for his help. Checked the time and it was 17:35 as I went to pay for the door handles I had bought and asked the guy cashier if there is no customer service on the floor anymore??? And he said "the working stuff there do as they please, especially around knocking off time and no customer will get assistance" . And I was surprised to hear him say that because I was there way before knocking off time!! Nether-less thanx to the cashier for his service.
