WORST SERVICE EVER! BUILDERS BUFFELSFONTEIN PE!!!!

I am writing to you in complete disbelief of the service I have received from Builders Warehouse Bufflesfontein Port Elizabeth.

I have purchased building materials on the 14 July 2024, I was asked for date and time delivery which I chose for the 18 July 2024. The gentleman that was assisting us at the yard counter specifically asked what time and I advised him earliest as possible. He then said his listing me for 9-11am delivery.

Yesterday the 17 July my husband goes to Builders Warehouse again just to ensure that we are on track for this morning and they advised all is in order.

Here I am waiting with my workers that I am currently paying per hour and there has been no delivery.

In pure anger I called their call centre and demanded to speak to anyone regarding this delivery.

Low and behold the gentleman I was transferred to advises me that there has been a delay in delivery and my delivery will only be done by 1 or maybe 2pm.

No one bothers calling the customer to advise that theres a delay in delivery and I get the standard response of “sorry there was a delay”. Baring in mind I have taken the day off to have this work completed on my premises.

At 1pm I called the call centre again and I was then transferred to the Admin Manager, he took my details down and I was called back by Dewald which is apparently the supervisor. I was promised that I would have the building materials within 1hr30mins tops.

I was so thrilled that someone was willing to help, or so I thought. I called again after time has lapsed and was reassured that everything is on track and the driver will be there in 30-45 mins at the most. Here I am sitting with my workers since 9am and it’s currently 15:06 and still no sign of the delivery.

I tried calling the direct numbers provided and no one is answering all of a sudden.

How is this customer service?

I am furious to say the least and I will be sure to leave my review of any platform possible so others can be aware of the service I have received!
