Worst service ever, because no service or feedback.

I do not receive any feedback from Builders Warehouse about my outstanding order of more than 2 months. I had sent several requests to Head Office, was myself in Bloemfontein, no assistance. No response on Hello Peter even. What worst and unreliable company. What is the people working there, still doing there. They can go and sit at home, and just get paid for doing nothing. If I asked for refund at Bloemfontein branch, they said not their problem, but Head Office problem. Head Office not even reply or nothing. Really, the worst service ever. I am old person who drive 140km everytime to get my stuff, but nothing.
