Worst service ever at Builders Warehouse Centurion

I place an order on the 2nd September and I received an sms that my parcel will be delivered on the 4th September. On the 4th September morning, I got two missed calls from Builders Warehouse so I picked my phone and called them back only to get to the reception lady to tell me she doesn't know who called me. She didn't even make an effort to ask what am I phoning in regards to. I thought to myself they will again but as I was in the office and IU hardly have my phone everywhere I go, I missed their call again. Today it's the 7th Septemeber 1pm and they still havenb't called to bring my parcel. what kind of service is this?
