WORST SERVICE EVER!

Never in my life could I have imagined that I would receive such POOR service from Builders Installers. I has purchased 3 bedroom wardrobes from them - arranged for installation to take place 17 April 2023 @ 14h00. I call the installers just to confirm the morning of if everything is in order whereby they said YES. At 14h00 the installers call me to say their service provider would just like to confirm if its Avondale in Parow or Avondale in Atlantis whereby I confirm Avondale in ATLANTIS. I send the driver my LIVE pin location to make life easier for him. at 15h15 this afternoon I get a call from the installation company who arranges for the service providers to come to be told the service provider was not sure where I resided and therefor they want to apologize and make proper arrangements for another service provider to come out to my residence NOT TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION that I had to put in LEAVE to make myself available to be home for them to come and do the installation. They are not only wasting my time but are delaying the further renovations that desperately needs to take place. They are not taking the money I have to spend in consideration at all. I would NEVER ADVISE anyone to make use of their services.
