Worst Service Ever

I bought 2 bags of cement online on the 17th of this month, delivery showed 2-5 days and i still haven’t received my delivery til today, no communication from anyone, nothing. I tried sending emails to customer service and no one is responding. Builders Warehouse online is a ****. When i went to social media inbox to ask for feedback on my order, all i get it it will be delivered on the 31st which is 14days later. How will i even plan to get someone at home for delivery if there is no communication. Worst service I’ve ever received.
