Worst service ever

I placed an online order on Sunday the 18.09.2022. I did not get any notification after that of receipt of the EFT I made. A day later phoned the call center , I was told my order had been cancelled but money was taken from my bank. I sent the customer service consultant an email with the proof of payment. No-one bothered to follow up on this order. Phoned again spoke to Zukiswa, she still did not know what was happening. Promised to get back to me. She never did. Phoned again after 3 days spoke to Muneer Abrahams who still did not have a constructive way foward . They acknowledge receiving my payment but my order remains cancelled.
