Worst Service Ever

My daughter went to buy book shelves and paid for them when she went to the collection counter she was advised they don't have stock she needs to come back in 7 days. I went yesterday to ask for my refund as I needed the shelves to be installed on Tuesday. It took them 45 min to refund me, I was shaved from pillar to post, no one was willing to assist they called the manager who took more than 15 minutes to appear after that took my slip and didn't even bother to explain to me what was happening, she came back after 10 minutes with some paper asking me to sign.<br> I think the Glen needs to learn exceptional service from Builders in New Market. They have the best service ever/
