Worst service ever

Worst service ever: I placed an order line on the 1st of December, did a follow up and I'm being told they will only be able to deliver after the 17th of December and by that time I will be away. Logged a complaint via email till now, no response at all, they continously tell me about a supplier I don't even know whereas I purchased via builders.
